There are 5 Models of Modular units, 1 See-Thru Units and a Specialty Garden Fireplace as available Outdoor Options for your home. Lead time depends on the unit, but typically takes less than 1 week to get into stock once ordered. All of the engineering plans come with the unit, as do instructions in case permits or approvals are required on your project.
